Semi-Automatic Rotary Curd/lassi/Yogurt/Water Cup Filling & Sealing Machine ( Timer Based )
Machine is suitable to fill upto 700-900 cups per hour, of 100 cc. to 500 cc.
The machine is suitable for filling various products like yogurt, Curd, water, Lassi (All Free flowing material without any particles can be packed on weight basis.)
The machine is designed with splash proof filling nozzle.
Filling speed is adjustable to avoid tail/Splashing of the product.
Filling quantity can be adjusted with help of time base flow control device.
The cup filling machine is equipped with following stations:

Filling station ( Gravity Filling) - 1
Foil placing station - 1
Heat sealing station - 1
Ejecting station - 1

All contact parts are made of SS-304 or food grade material.
