Schrader air chucks perfectly fit the world standard Schrader valve design. All practical operating conditions during the life of the chuck and the tyre valve have been taken into consideration in establishing the principle of design.The seating of the chuck washer on the valve mouth, and the engaging of the valve core plunger pin by the chuck deflator pin, provide an air-tight connection with high speed air flow.

These actuators are available in spring return Single Acting as well as Double Acting models. Torque out put range is from 3 Nm To 4000 Nm for 0 to 90, operating pressure range from 3 to 8 Bar. These are compact design actuators with standard mounting interface.

Schrader push in fittings are made from Acetal resin moulded with nickel plated brass insert. It uses NBR (Nitrile) rubber "U" cup for creating leakproof joint with PU tube when it is inserted in to the push in fitting. The PU tube is locked inside the fitting by using S S lock claws with unique profile to prevent accidental release of PU tube. However the PU tube can be easily released when required, by pressing down on "release sleeve" with a finger and pulling the tube out without any tool. Schrader BSPT push in fittings are pre-coated with Teflon thread sealant while BSPP push in fittings are provided with face sealing "O" ring to create leak proof joint where push in fitting is fitted on.

Complete range of mountings are available and they include Double trunnion mounting, Single trunnion mounting, Front plate mounting, Rear plate mounting, Leg mounting, Hinge mounting etc. Cylinders are also offered with reed switches, Rod eye end, Fork attachment etc. reed switches can be inserted at any position without dismantling the cylinder, and they sit flush with tube. Besides these Double ended cylinders, Single acting cylinders and custom built cylinders can be made as per users requirement.

For applications where extensions can be mounted in a straight line with valve. Full length plunger pin actuates core in existing valve. Hex nuts are included on extensions 127.000 mm (5.000") and longer. Fits on 12.243 mm-26 (0.482"-26) valve mouth threads.

These valves can be bent by hand, below the valve core chamber to the desired angle. Retains position of initial bend. Bending is done after application to the tube

RUBBER BASE CONVERTIBLE VALVES Dubltite convertible truck and bus valves are supplied in straight form but can be converted to single or double bent form by using Schrader 7260 truck valve converting tool.

A hexagonal nut for tire valves locks the bridge washer or ring washer on the tube surface after the stem has been placed on the tube.these hexagonal nuts are female threaded to match the body threads on the various values.

Bridge washer help maintain alignment and mounting position of valves on tubes in service. When the hex nut locks the washer in place on the stem, the flanges contact the rim on either side of the valve hole. When the tube is inflated, the joint of the valve base and tube stock is bridged away from the rim, and the valve is thus supported straight in the center of the rim hole or slot. Bridge washes also reduce the protrusion of the valve through the rim for better clearance of brake drum, gears, etc.

Mould Tube Connectors Straight type with single clip: These Connectors have the single clip construction to hold the connectors on standard valve threads during the curing process.
