• Amalaki – it is quite a popular fruit and is used widely. The healthcare practitioners in India have been using this fruit since the ancient times for curing different diseases. It is quite beneficial for the heart and brain. It can be used as laxative too but it can also be used as an anti-diarrhea treatment. It also acts as an anti-inflammatory agent.
