We offer our range of Goods Lift which is sturdy and extremely safe. This Goods Lift is basically a Wire Rope Hoist, mounted on a supported I-Beam, which lowers and raises the cage. A fabricated enclosure supporting structure can be provided by us at site in the absence of a RCC well inside the building. This structure is independent of the building can be erected inside or outside the building, touching it. Guide wheels fitted on the cage run in the C-Guides which are provided on the structure on opposite sides. This arrangement enables smooth and trouble free travel of the cage in a vertically straight line. Collapsible gates are provided at all entry and exit points for essential safety. Features

• Sturdy cylindrical or conical rotor pole-changing motors with elegant continuous cast aluminium sections, integrated safety brakes insulation class F, IP54 protection
• Accurate flat helical or spur gear units in light alloy housings with case-hardened gears, high-grade surface treatment and permanent oil or grease lubrication
• Modular design Electrical panel has a vast operating range. They are designed for easy installation and maintenance and reliability, with fuse less circuitry, ducted wiring and non-screwed terminals. Each drive group is equipped with a motor overload protection device to provide protection against inadmissible overloading
• Single or Dual-disc electromagnetic DC brakes has automatic braking on power failure. Environmentally sound brake linings designed for approx. 1 million braking operations offer long maintenance intervals

Special Details

• Electro-Mechanic Door Locks near the collapsible gates ensures that lift does not work electrically if any door is open and collapsible gate does not open mechanically unless cage is on corresponding level
• Limit Switches prevent over hoisting and over lowering of hook
• Spring Buffers on the floor of the lift well cushions the cage
