Used for finding specific gravity of hydraulic cement. Made from Borosilicate glass. The flask is 243mm in total height, having a bulb of 90mm dia. of 250ml approximate capacity. The long neck of the flask has at top a funnel of 50mm dia. in that fits a ground glass stopper. The neck has over-all 11mm i.d. upper portion is graduated from 18ml to 24ml with 1 ml graduation. Just at the bottom of the neck 1 ml capacity is marked in between there is 17 ml capacity bulb.

A sieve, or sifter, is a device for separating wanted elements from unwanted material or for characterizing the particle size distribution of a sample. This is called a sieve analysis (or gradation test) the particle size distribution of a granular material. C.O.D. Digestion Apparatus is suitable for COD method for monitoring wastewater influent and effluent, industrial process water, and more. This instrument is used by Pollution Control Labs. Outer cabinet made of mild steel duly coated. Double wall construction with insulation for minimum heat losses increases the efficiency of the system. Aluminum Block with holes (Dimension 40mm Dia. x 80mm Depth) is used to hold 15 nos. COD tubes. Aluminum Block is heated to maintain temperature up to 180 deg.C. Solid state Digital Temperature Controller, appropriate heater & insulation selection assure uniformity in all the samples. Selectable timer up to 120min. with alarm is provided to set the digestion period (Refluxing). After digestion, analyses the sample with either colorimetric or titrimetric method.

Rectangular water bath double walled construction, inner reservoir of stainless steel. Outer body in mild steel with glass wool insulation in between, supplied with lid having one hole of 12.5cms dia & 6 holes of 7.5 cms dia. Concentric rings with lids are provided on holes. The top plate & concentric rings are of stainless steel temperature range ambient to 100 C. Controlled by capillary thermostat. Temperature controlled by hydraulic capillary thermostats.

Heating:

Heating elements are made up of high grade (KanthaI) resistance wire heaters are fitted/wound along all the sides of the oven. Complete with two pilot lamps, plug pins.
Temperature Gauge:-Ambient To 250 1 C1. Air circulation can be fitted in all the sizes mentioned above for proper air circulation at an extra cost.2.
