Remote Operated Wire Cutter is an essential tool to cutwires of / Explosives, Improvised ExplosiveDevices (IEDs), Explosive Ordinance Devices (EODs), Radio-Controlled IEDs (RCIEDs) etc. without endangeringlife. The remote operated wire cutter ensures the safety ofTechnicians from any accidental explosion. Theseare manufactured using extreme grade of raw materialand equipment.
Technical Specifications :
It is designed to cut electric wire up todistance of minimum 100 meters throughremote Operation both cordless and corded.

Provided with a pole stand for mountingmotor with wire cutter.
Height of the pole stands is from 3inch to 2 meter.
Suitable clamp is provided in thesystem to allow adjustment of theheight to the desired
Level.
The clamp is provided with suitablearm/lever for fastening/unfasteningthe clamp.
The clamp with lever is so designedso as to allow adjustment of heightof the motor with
wirecutter on thepole stand without using of tools.
The arm/lever of the clamp isprovided with suitable grip for easeof operation by hand.
The base of the pole stand, pole, clamp, fastening / unfastening clamp/ lever, nuts used in the system arerustproof.
Cordless Operation:
The equipment is able to functioncordless for which it is providedwith a cordless remote for
its remoteoperation up to distance ofminimum 100 mtrs.
The remote works on commerciallyavailable rechargeable cells.
Corded Operation:
Besides using remote control, theequipment also able to functionthrough wired connectivity
from adistance of minimum 100 meters.

Wire Cutter:
The jaw of the cutter can be easilyopen up to an angle of 45 degree.
The wire cutter can cut wire withmax overall diameter of 5mmincluding the sheath.
The motor of the wire cutterfunctions on commercially availablestandard 12V rechargeable
lead acidsealed maintenance free battery.

Technical Specifications:

The equipment is capable to achieve its peak temperature of minimum 250 C inless than 6 minutes
The equipment having a heating element head in the shape of equilateral triangle.
Size of the triangular head : 5' + 1/2"
The cutting edges of the triangular head are thin, sharp & rigid.
It is able to cut the plastic material of thickness minimum 5mm
The triangular head is attached with the stand with the help of rod of maximumlength 50cms, adjustable as per requirement.
The rod is attached with the stand with the help of hinge which can be rotated in360 degree. The base of the stand can be placed on uneven ground & able holdthe complete equipment stable.
