Flute rolls and pressure rolls are pneumatically adjusted with gum circulation tank. Flute rolls are minutely finished and mounted on spherical Roller Bearings, to give perfect impression on board. The setting of Flute Roll is fame one side only. A Motor is fitted to keep the Gum Rolls Rotation for agitation of the gum while the gum unit is disengaged from the Flute Rolls. A steam shower is provided for perfect formation of the flutes. Motorized self-Loading reel stand is additionally provided with machine. The machine is provided with Centralized Lubrication system
