Fluid Bed Dryer

Fluid Bed Dryer that we provide is specifically designed for raid and uniform drying of powders, crystals and medium size pellets. Fluid Bed Dryer is also installed with a fan that draws fresh air and passes it through a filter which is then heated to produce warm air either by electric heaters or by steam. Due to the hot steam the wet product gets fluidize and the material gets dried.

Tray Dryer

Tray Dryer or Compartment Dryer is an enclosed insulated chamber inside which the trays are placed on top of each other in the trolleys. The materials, either wet or dry, are placed on the top of these trays for the purpose of drying. Further, heat transfer is done by the circulation of hot air using electric heaters or steam in radiator coils. Blower fans are also installed in the Tray Dryer so as to ensure proper circulation and transfer of heat. A control panel is provided to control or adjust the temperature and other parameters of the dryer. We provide Tray Dryer in mild steel, stainless steel or AL construction. It is used for drying of food, electrodes, bakery, chemicals, pigments and plastic powders.

Spray Dryer

Spray Dryer that we offer is widely used for converting the slurrier into fine droplets by the method of spraying the materials into a stream of hot gases. The slurry is further pumped through an orifice at high pressure or through a high speed perforated rotating disc. The droplets thus formed are brought into contact with hot air and are converted to dry powder or granules that are further used for drying of polymers, detergents, food, dyestuff, chemicals, ceramic, etc. This Spray Dryer is widely applied in ceramic tiles making plant, dyes intermediates, natural products, etc.

Spray dryer consists of a large cylindrical & usually vertical chamber in which material to be dried is, in the form of small droplets and fed a large volume of hot air sufficient to supply the heat, necessary to complete evaporation of liquid. Drum Dryer

Drum Dryer that we provide is used for converting the molten slurriers into dried solid flakes. In this Drum Dryer the material is fed into a feed hopper, which directs the materials towards the face of the rotating drum. Drum Dryer is heated or cooled depending on the application in order to enable the material to cling to the outside of the drum. The material gets dry during the rotation process of the Drum Dryer and is further removed by a blade or scrapper that is mounted along the length of the roll. Flash Dryer

Flash Dryer is a machine that is widely used for drying the wet cakes and powders like starch, dye intermediates, inorganic salts, vinyl sulphone, boric acid, calcium carbonate, pigments, silica, etc. The wet cake gets pulverised and fed to a stream of hot air traveling at high velocity and the drying takes place immediately due to the very large surface exposed. The velocity of the hot air is used to convey the material through a drying duct where remaining moisture is removed and the dried material is transferred to a cyclone separator. Further, the product classifier ensures that only the powder content leaves the drying chamber.
