ConstructionThe Micro Pulverizer is lined with serrated liner on the top and perforated screen at the bottom and consists of hopper, chrome steel plate screw, chrome steel plated rotor, shaft with rotor fitted with hardened steel beaters, mounted on two heavy duty ball bearings, variable speed pulley, V-Belts, cotton bag, balloon and a set of 3 sieves. The entire machine is mounted on a common steel structure and is complete with 440/3/50 cycles totally enclosed electricals. Model 6 & Model 8 are provided with jacket arrangement for heating or cooling. Principle of PulverizingMicro Pulverizer consists of a rotor assembly fitted with hammers (beaters) & is generally operated at high speeds. The grinding action in all the pulverizers is due to the impact between rapidly moving hammers (beaters) & the particle itself. The energy of the moving hammers is dissipated into the particles being ground by virtue of their inertia, thus causing the particle size reduction.
Feeding ArrangementThe material to be ground is uniformly fed to the grinding chamber by gravity with the help of feed valve. This type of arrangement is extremely successful for materials, which cannot be conveyed into the grinding chamber due to their light â weight or due to their size. Gravity feeding can be used to pulverize materials like sugar, salt or carbon, as these types of material are extremely easy to grind. It gives the same order of fineness as the screw-feeding unit does & completely eliminates the screw feeding assembly. Features

Air swept type, screenless, recommended for minerals, ores, dyestuff, chemicals, clays etc. Not recommended for wet or sticky material.The Pulverizer consists of a machined body bolted together inside which rotate forged steel hard faced balanced hammers mounted on a solid alloy steel shafting. The shaft rotates in self aligning ball bearings installed in C.I. housings provided with grease cups. Replaceable C.I. breakers plate are fitted on to the main body which acts as the stator and facilitates Pulverizing.
