The Company is headed by our founder, eminent & efficient Director Sh. O. P. Gupta who has technical and professional expertise in this field of 4 decades.
With its consistence work & good progress, it can be said that since inception, the Company holding valid BIS Licence to mark its product with “ISI” has made significant contribution as a SSI unit to propel economic growth.
Today, SGG with its sister concerns caters to a wide part in the States of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana & M.P. having a wide range of RCC Pipes from 100 mm to 1800 mm in Class NP-2, NP-3 & NP-4.

Manufacturing Technology
We are the manufacturer of RCC pipes by spun and vertical cast method. First of all reinforcement cages are fabricated as per design & drawing IS:458. These cages are sent for assembling section where these are fitted in respective moulds and these moulds are assembled by bolts & tie rods.
A pre-designed concrete mix M-35 is prepared in concrete mixer and after proper mixing placed in moulds running on spun machine. While feeding concrete mix into the moulds, it is spread over symmetrically by skilled workers using finishing rods till the initial setting takes place.
The mould runs over the machine in different speed controlled by speed variator till it takes its accuracy in all respects.
The demoulding is being done at the appropriate time on next day. These pipes are sent to curing tank for water curing for 7 to 14 days. After proper curing, finished pipes are tested by our quality control team in all respect & guidelines of IS:458 & IS:3597 and put the marking “ISI” over the lot of pipes which is found OK.
But today we have latest technology i.e. Vertical casting method in RCC Pipes are manufactured through Automatic machine which gives more strength to our product and also help us to increase our supply in the market in order to complete the order of our client.
