Our Products
Our product range contains a wide range of Energy Recovery Systems for RO Systems, Auto Wiper UV System, Belt Type Oil Skimmer, Ultra Filtration Systems and Ozone Generators
An Energy Recovery System (ERS) is a critical component in modern seawater and brackish water Reverse Osmosis (RO) desalination plants, designed to significantly reduce overall power consumption by recovering hydraulic energy from the high-pressure brine stream. Since high-pressure pumping is the largest energy cost in RO desalination, integrating an ERS dramatically enhances plant efficiency and lowers operational expenses.
ERS devices capture the unused energy in the RO reject water—which is still at high pressure—and transfer it back to the feed stream or to the high-pressure pump. This process reduces the load on the feed pump, minimizes energy wastage, and improves the plant’s overall specific energy consumption (SEC).
Types of Energy Recovery DevicesPressure Exchangers (PX) / Isobaric Chambers

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a pressure-driven membrane filtration process that removes suspended solids, colloids, turbidity, bacteria, and certain viruses from water. The UF membrane typically has a pore size of 0.010.04 microns, ensuring high-quality filtered water without altering the essential minerals.
A UF system uses hollow-fibre or spiral-wound membranes arranged in modules through which water is forced under low pressure. As water passes through the semi-permeable membrane, contaminants are retained while clean water (permeate) passes through.

An Auto Wiper UV System is an advanced ultraviolet disinfection unit designed to provide continuous and reliable microbial reduction in water without manual intervention. The system uses UV-C light (typically at 254 nm) to deactivate bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens, ensuring safe and hygienic water for consumption or process use.
To maintain peak UV efficiency, the system is equipped with an automatic mechanical wiper mechanism that periodically cleans the quartz sleeve surrounding the UV lamp. This prevents fouling caused by minerals, organics, and biofilm, ensuring consistent UV transmittance and reducing the need for manual cleaning.
Key FeaturesAutomatic Quartz Sleeve Cleaning:
Motorized wiper assembly cleans the quartz tube at set intervals, preventing scaling and improving UV efficiency.
High-Intensity UV Lamps:
Uses low-pressure or medium-pressure germicidal lamps delivering effective disinfection.
No Chemicals Required:

An Ozone Generator is an advanced disinfection and oxidation system used to purify water and air by producing ozone (O), a highly reactive and powerful oxidizing agent. Ozone effectively eliminates bacteria, viruses, algae, organic contaminants, colour, odour, and taste-causing compounds without leaving any chemical residue.
The generator produces ozone using either Corona Discharge (CD) or UV technology, with CD being the most efficient and widely used for industrial applications. The ozone is injected into the water through a Venturi or diffuser, ensuring maximum dissolution and effective treatment.
Key FeaturesHigh Oxidation Power:
Ozone is 50 times more powerful than chlorine and works 3000 times faster for microbial disinfection.
Corona Discharge (CD) Technology:
Ensures high ozone output with low power consumption and long service life.
Air Preparation Unit (Optional):
Integrated moisture remover, oxygen concentrator, or air dryer to increase ozone purity and output efficiency.
Stainless Steel / Powder-Coated MS Enclosure:
Provides durability, corrosion resistance, and safe operation.
Digital Controls & Indicators:
Display for ozone output, voltage, current, and system status.
Safety Interlocks:
Built-in protections against over-voltage, over-current, and overheating.
No Chemical Residue:
Ozone decomposes back into oxygen, ensuring environmentally safe treatment.

A Belt Type Oil Skimmer is a mechanical oil-removal device designed to efficiently separate and collect floating oil, grease, and other hydrocarbons from the surface of water or coolant tanks. It operates using a continuous loop belt made of oil-attracting (oleophilic) material that rotates through the liquid surface, collects the floating oil, and removes it using wiper blades.
The system is highly effective for removing tramp oil from machine coolant, oily wastewater, effluent treatment plants (ETPs), and industrial process tanks, helping extend coolant life, reduce bacterial growth, and improve downstream treatment efficiency.
Key FeaturesOleophilic Belt Material:
The belt selectively attracts oil while rejecting water, ensuring high oil recovery with minimal water drag.
Continuous Operation:
The rotating belt lifts oil to the skimmer head, where scraper blades efficiently remove and discharge it.
Durable Construction:
Available in SS304, MS powder-coated, or customized materials for corrosive environments.
Adjustable Belt Length:
Suitable for tanks, pits, sumps, and coolant reservoirs of varying depths.
