In the year 1993 Sharplex Agro Process (India) Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated to takeover Sharplex Agro Process Engineers, a proprietorship firm established in the same year with Mr.Satish Vasudeo Khadke as the Proprietor. In year 2002 the name was changed to "Sharplex Filters (India) Pvt. Ltd."

With a rich experience of 12 years of working with the largest engineering establishment, (i.e. Larsen & Toubro Ltd.) Mr. Satish V. Khadke has introduced Process Filtration Equipments which are mainly import substitute to Edible Oil, Chemical, Pharma, Fertilizer Industries.

Due to the best quality & best services offered, Company over the years are able to create a strong brand name as "SHARPLEX" in the process industries.
