I.Introduction

Cut to length line, is an automatic transversal cutting production line, for cutting metal sheet stirp.

Cut to length line, can uncoil metal sheet strip coil, then straighten metal sheet strip, then feed metal sheet strip forth to shearing machine, then shearing machine cut metal sheet strip transversely, in order to get required length metal sheet plates.

Features of high speed cut to length line for thin coil
  1. Compact structure and small floor space.
  2. 3 in 1 structure feeding material which is driven by YASKAWA servo motor, high straightening and feeding precision.
  3. It sets disc brake, frequency changer and photo sensor on uncoiler, so that can start softly and feed material blandly.
  4. Straightening rollers are made of imported bearing steel which is high hardness and good abrasion resistance.
  5. Max. feeding speed can reach 40m/min and Max. SPM 80, can provide largest profit for customers.
  6. Feeding direction can be set to longitudinal or transverse to save factory space.
  7. It adopts special design instead of imported expensive equipments to save cost greatly.
  8. Various thickness and width can be designed according to customers requirement.
High-speed hydraulic cutting machine feature
  1. It is adopted hydraulic-motor drive from Italian technology, bit output torsion, and high cutting efficiency which can reach 80 times/min.
  2. Machine frame is welded to form and then heat treatment. Work intensity is big and distortion is small so as to ensure high cutting quality.
  3. Down-cut style design is adopted so as to protect surface of material and it is easy to stack.
  4. It adopts imported square knifes which have hardness and good tenacity, four sides of knives can be used repeatedly.
  5. Clearance of knives is adjustable according to thickness of material.
