During Biomass Plantation activities in Asia and Africa, we come across the need of fast, convenient and affordable Biomass conversion to liquid form. Our Biomass to Oil conversion process is a proven technology. Fast Pyrolysis of Biomass takes place when it is heated to high temperatures in the absence of Oxygen. The resulting gases are also quickly cooled. After cooling, part of gases gets condensed into a liquid fuel called Bio Oil. The non-condensable gases contain Hydrogen, Carbon Monoxide and have a modest heating value. There is an also a solid product, which is called char or biochar, it contains carbon from the biomass along with non-volatile components of the biomass.
