HD50MA180  is a high flow high density polyethylene (hdpe) grade. This grade is specially formulated to manufacture large, intricate, thin walled multi cavity injection moulded products. It has narrow molecular weight distribution, which makes it easier to process and products manufactured have good gloss and rigidity. 

Regulatory Information

Meets the requirements stipulated in standard IS : 10146 on “Specification for Polyethylene for safe use in contact with foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, and drinking water". It also conforms to the positive list of constituents as prescribed in IS: 10141. The grade and the additives incorporated in it also comply with the FDA:CDR Title 21, 177. 1520, Olefin polymers.

16MA400 is an injection molding grade with high melt flow index for molding of very thin, intricate and large items having adequate mechanical properties. This grade is also an ideal choice for making master batches with higher loading.

Furthermore the Additives added in this grade formulation compiles to the “Positive list of constituents of Polypropylene and its Copolymers in contact with Foodstuff, Pharmaceutical & Drinking water' as laid down under IS 10909. In general the additives & constituents used in the grade are in line with requirement laid down under FDA: CFR Title 21, 177.1520, Olefin Polymers.

Relene 46GP009 is a natural coloured grade for pipe extrusion. It possesses bimodal molecular weight distribution which improves processability and mechanical properties. This grade meets the MFI and Density requirements of Material as per IS 4984:2016 for 'Polyethytene pipes for Water Supply - Specification' when incorporated with adequate quantity of carbon black as specified in clause 5.3 of IS 4984:2016, will meet the requirements of the designation PE EL C45T012 mentioned in the clause 4.2 of IS 7328: 1992. The pipe made from this grade meets the hydrostatic strength requirement of PE-63 class of pipe as per IS 4984:2016. The grade has excellent ESCR properties and is suitable for pesticide bottles.
