STRUCTURAL DESIGN:Activated Carbon Filter are manufactured with FRP/SS outer casing to provide structure strength and longevity of 20-30 years. The equipment is lined internally with acid resistance fiber re-enforced plastic (FRP) / Epoxy. The values used in the system are of international standards which makes them the best in the industry. The range of filter housings offered by us includes Standard Filter Housings in SS 316, Poly Carborate and PP as well as custom designed housings to cater to the specific requirement of the customers. Standard housings are offered in SS304, SS316 and MS (either in Epoxy painted or PP/rubber lined).
In order to meet specification of Pharma industry and to meet latest GMP requirement all our housings meant for Sanitary, applications are provided with mirror finish on both, sides and are also electro polished to 240 grit finish wherever such a finish is called for.
These filter housings are designed to accommodate types of filter elements having various end filter configurations viz DOE, SOE with code 7/2, or threaded connections. The filter housing supplied by us are used by the whole spectrum of process industry to cover Pharma ceutical, Synthetic Fibre, Petrochemicals etc. We are pleased to give below the salient features of the filters offered by us to suit your specific application.
The Micron filter of 1.0, 0.45, & 0.2 are housed in a specially manufactured SS 316 housing. The code of the cartrid ges used is code 4-PP, PVDF, Pleated, Membrane cartridge. Specially Electro polished SS 316 housing with Derry Bends and SMS easily unlock fitting are used.
The micron cartridge used are PP, PVDF, Pleated Membrane, cartridges. They are far superior to any pleated, PP, cartridges.
The rating of the cartridges are absolute and guarantee to give the rating of filter prescribed.

Shivsu Canadian Clear silver stream filters provide crystal clear water of turbiditly level of less than 2 to 3 mg/ltr on Silica scale. Horizontal and vertical filters are available in a complete range and sizes upto 3600mm dia Normal filtering medium employed is clean, sieved and grade quartz and fine sand. For applications like iron removal, chlorine reduction special type filter media are available.
A wide range of chemical dozing equipment is specially designed by Shivsu Canadian Clear for specific water quality requirements. For mineral water industry special TSS and Absorption Filters designed to meet the specific water quality level.
Pressure Sand filters are used to purify the water from the impurities that are present in the water through filter bed. The filter beds absorbs the impurities in the filter bed. A backwash is given in a fixed interval to get ready the water for next level of filtration.
PRESSURE SAND FILTER (TSS FILTER):
Bore well water passes through the TSS filter from the Raw Water Storage Tank. The TSS Filter removes all suspended and impurity to the size of 100 microns.

All valves used in the system of International Standard. Special Centrifugally separated acid wash multi grade sand is used as a media.
