A pre mix carbonator consists of accurate dosing pumps for mixing Co2 gas along with water, sugar syrup& soft drink concentrate. This system is highly reliable as it ensures constant quality of soft drink produced. The system has several proportionate controlled pumps along with Proportionate control valves is ensures proper mixing of various above ingredients.
A system also has a radial diffusion gasket carbonator which ensures proper meshing of Co2 in the soft drink concentrate. Required pressure regulating system and flow control valves are provided.
