Zinc wires are packaged in coils or spools of continuous length. The minimum mass of the coil is 25 kg unless there is a customized requirement. Spools have a minimum mass of 10 kg. The coils are individually wrapped in polythene sheet/ gunny sheet.

Enamelled Wire is a Copper Wire coated with a very thin layer of insulation. It is used in the construction of transformers, inductors, motors, speakers, and other applications which require tight coils of wire.  A transformer is a device that transfers electrical energy from one circuit to another through its coils (windings). The properties needed for motor windings are similar to those needed for transformers, but with the additional requirement to withstand mechanical vibration and centrifugal forces at operating temperatures.  The wire itself is most often fully annealed, electrolytically refined copper. Copper Enamelled Wires are often used to improve energy efficiency in electric motors.  Thicker Enamelled Wire is often square or rectangular (with rounded corners) to provide more current flow per coil length.  The most suitable materials for Enamelled wire applications are unalloyed pure metals, particularly copper and aluminium. Copper is considered the best choice conductor for Enamelled wire in terms of chemical, physical & mechanical properties required.  Most often, Enamelled wire is composed of fully annealed, electrolytically refined copper to allow closer winding when making electromagnetic coils. The wire is coated with a range of polymeric insulations, including varnish, rather than the thicker plastic or other types of insulation commonly used on electrical wire. Polyimide insulated magnet wire is capable of operation at up to 250 °C.  Self-supporting coils are wound with wire coated with at least two layers, the outermost being a thermoplastic that bonds the turns together when heated.  Other types of insulation such as fiberglass yarn with varnish, aramid paper, kraft paper, mica, and polyester film are also widely used across the world for various applications like transformers and reactors.  Enamelled Wire are classified by diameter (AWG number, SWG or millimeters) or area (square millimeters), temperature class, and insulation class.  Breakdown voltage depends on the thickness of the covering, which can be of 3 types: Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3. Higher grades have thicker insulation and thus higher breakdown voltages.  The temperature class indicates the temperature of the wire at which it has a 20, 000-hour service life. At lower temperatures, the service life of the wire is longer (about a factor of 2 for every 10 °C lower temperature). Common temperature classes are 105 °C, 130 °C, 155 °C, 180 °C and 220 °C.  Enamelled Wire can work continuously for 155 °C and 

Solder is a metal wire with a low melting point. For electronics, it is traditionally a mix of tin and lead. Other alloys are used for plumbing, mechanical assembly and other applications. The various types which are manufactured are Rosin Core Solder Wire, lead-free solders, solder alloys, silver solder, solder plates, silver sticks etc. to keep up with the continuously changing electrical and electronic field.  Their individual usage ranges from being in demand in the entertainment and professional electronic, defense electronics and avionics fields and industry. Also is used in the mass production of capacitors, fuses etc.

The Tin-Zinc alloy wires have good mechanical strength and solderability. They can provide the sprayed metal layer of film capacitors with strong adhesion ability, and give capacitors good electrical performance such as reduced loss angle. They are complaint with EU RoHS and WEEE directives on lead-free electronic products, as well as the requirements of ISO 14000 system. They are most commonly used in DC & AC capacitor manufacturing units for spraying the ends of wound elements of capacitors.

Copper Rods are manufactured from high tensile low carbon steel which are molecularly bonded by 99.99% pure copper bondings. Lead is being used from prehistoric times. It is a soft, malleable and ductile metal. It has an abundance in the earth's crust of 14 ppm., the main source of the metal being the ore "galena", lead (II) sulphide (PbS) which occurs as grey cubic crystals, often in conjunction with "sphalerite", the equivalent sulphide of zinc. The lead generally oxidises in moist air, but it is stable to oxygen and water, again dissolves in nitric acid.  Although being a poor electrical and thermal conductor it has a good resistance against corrosion. Applications for this metal are wide and varied; for example, lead tubes which are seamlessly fabricated by extrusion. Being flexible and ductile they are mainly used in the chemical industries to transport corrosive chemicals. What helps in this is the corrosion resistant trait of lead. They are also used after cutting as sleeves in joining lead sheathed cables. They are fabricated as per IS- 404 with high-quality raw materials such as pure lead metal, lead alloys, chemically pure lead and antimonial lead alloy.  SMA is producing Lead Tubes in solid, round, oval, star, bars, ribbon, zigzag or custom shapes as per requirements. Star-shape pipe with internal fins being the speciality of SMA, they are producing seamless pipes of 5mm ID with thickness ranging from 3mm - 10mm and 18ft length in one piece for Electrostatic Precipitators which are used in Power Plants, Commercial Air Purifier etc.
