Copper Rods are manufactured from high tensile low carbon steel which are molecularly bonded by 99.99% pure copper bondings. They are used as raw materials for making electric wires and cables and is produced by either continuous casting or oxygen free continuous up-casting mills.
SMA sources these copper rods only from the market leaders like Birla Copper, Hindusthan Coper & SESA Sterlite (Vedanta) Group. SMA uses copper rods mainly to produce super enamelled copper winding wires & bare copper wires to be used in various applications and industries as per requirement.
SMA uses to trade in copper rods directly to other copper product manufacturers also.
