We offer a complete product range of Pista Badam Burfi
What it is: A milk-solid barfi made from khoya and shaped into firm slices, usually finished with almond and pista garnish.
Taste: Rich, milky and sweet, with a nutty finish and gentle roasted-dairy notes.
General ingredients: Khoya/mawa, sugar, ghee, almond, pista, cardamom, sometimes a little milk powder.
Color & texture: Usually off-white to pale cream with green pistachio and light almond specks; dense, smooth and slightly fudgy.
Typical shelf life: About 2-4 days at cool room temperature, or 5-7 days refrigerated
