STC has been in Various Mineral & Metals business as a family concern since 1998. The Company has acquired 5 mining leases in various District of Gujarat State, India, having total area of about 45 hectares, over & above 36 hectares being possessed in name of its associated company as well a fresh application for about 20 hectares to Govt. during 2001.
Minerals Lease : Bauxite, Red Ocher, Yellow Ocher, Lime Stone And Natural Gypsum
RED OCHER
The main color giving component of natural red ochre (ocher) is composed of hematite (∝-Fe2O3). The term red ochre (ocher) or red earth describes various kinds of iron oxide pigments such as Venetian red, mars red, English red, Indian red. Iron oxides are stable at high temperatures but not resistant against acids. The pigment is absolutely stable as is documented by the cave paintings still in excellent condition after many thousands of years.
APPLICATION
Paint : Red Ochre is used in colour washes, distempers, oil paints, lacquers, primers tiles & ceramic,

YELLOW OCHER
Yellow Ocher other name is Goethite, limonite, raw sienna, yellow earth, yellow iron oxide, yellow hydrated oxide and iron hydroxide pigment, The main color giving component of natural yellow ochre (ocher, yellow earth) is limonite which is not a single mineral but a mixture of several iron-containing minerals among them goethite, akageneite, lepidocrocite, and jarosite, goethite (iron oxide hydroxide α-FeOOH) being the main component.
Iron oxides are stable at high temperatures but not resistant against acids. The pigment is absolutely stable as is documented by the cave paintings still in excellent condition after many thousands of years. It is compatible with all other pigments and is often used in mixture with other paints.
APPLICATION
Paint & Pharmaceutical Industries
Oil Absorption and Grinding
Ocher absorbs a moderately high amount of oil. The oil absorption ratio is 30–35 parts by weight of linseed oil to 100 parts by weight of pigment. If the measurement were grams, this pigment would require 30-35 grams of pigment to grind 100 grams of linseed oil to form a stiff paste. It slows the drying of oil paint, but forms a good film.

Our Manufacturing Unit is located at Sihor GIDC Bhavnagar in State of Gujarat, India. And are actively involved in manufacturing of Bentonite Fertilizer, Soil Conditioner, CMS Granules, Micronutrient Fertilizer & Bio Fertilizer. At the outset we commenced from the grass root level. Gypsum Bentonite Granules as a CMS -Calcium, Magnesium Suplphate are made of Bentonite, phosphoric gypsum (CaSO4.2H2O), it is a good source of calcium, magnesium and sulfur. Bentonite clay is used as a binding agent to form spherical granules. It is a well-known fact that Gypsum is a soil conditioner which is the cheapest and nature friendly source of secondary nutrient calcium and sulphur. It can be applied on all crops at any stage.
Applications
Unfavourable soil conditions are the primary reasons for lower productivity of agriculture produce, their rectification is prerequisite for a profitable agriculture, Soil Conditioner has to be mixed with soil at least 3 weeks prior to sowing or planting / transplanting or before sowing.
The Effects Of Using Soil Conditioner
Soil Amendment Or Conditioner
How Soil Conditioners Work?
At Datvi Industries, we believe the best crops are grown in soils that have balanced chemical, physical and biological properties. For a long time, it has been known that plants need more than N-P-K nutrients for healthy growth. However, today agriculture is based on the Liebig’s theory of water-soluble minerals as the only requirement for healthy, nutrition and growth of plants.
Why Use Our Soil Conditioners?
Plants fed with organic sources of nutrients from soil conditioners (or soil amendments) can deliver the same yield compared to those of chemical fertilizers. In addition, the quality of the proteins, vitamins and other essential components for healthy nutrition are superior in the plants grown under an organic regime.

What is BCG - These are Black double roasted granules roasted at 700 * C temperature. Raw granules are made from selected high quality Bentonite clay containing high amount mainly AL2o3 and Si02
Uses - They are widely used as carrier in formulation of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, bio-pesticides, Plants growth promoter and Bio-fertilizers.
Benefits - It acts as a preservative of active ingredients. It saves the technical ingredients from the direct ultraviolet rays of sun. It is in the form of granules so it's easy to apply in the field in wind condition and also on the standing crop. It can be easily mix with seed before sowing. Due its hardness and high absorbent capacity while formulation it doesn't stick to the wall of granulator or form cakes. Hence it doesn't contaminate the technical material formulated on it. After it comes in contact of water it releases the active ingredients slowly over a long period of time hence reducing the chances of wash out in high rain or water logging condition. As the raw clay used to make blank granules is soft by nature hence make the land softer and moist. In spite of the above mentioned wide uses and benefits it is a low cost filler material.

Description: : Round Kiln calcined low alkali bauxite is ground in alumina lined ball mills using high density alumina grinding media.
Applications: : Raw material for use in high alumina and super duty refractory bricks and shapes, plastics, castables, mortors, gun mixes, ramming mixes, abrasive grains and other products.
Ceramic Ground Bauxite : Refractory grade calcined bauxite fines are ground in alumina lined ball mills using high alumina grinding media. This ensures extremely low magnetic iron levels in the fines. Refractory grade calcined bauxite ceramically ground fines are an excellent source of alumina for high alumina refractory formulations where no metallic iron reactions are important.

Silica ramming mass, also known as acidic ramming mass, plays a crucial role in induction furnaces during melting of steel. This substance is used to line induction furnaces and its quality decides smooth working and more efficient output from the furnace. Ramming mass has a very important quality of withstanding of easily absorbing thermal shocks. It also does not develop cracks because of frequent power cuts during the operation of the induction furnace. Datvi Industries makes very high quality silica ramming mass containing very dense silica quartz. This is why it a very respected name among silica ramming mass products from Indian industries.
Process of making Silica Ramming Mass
Shree trading co. has the technical know how and a huge manufacturing plant in Gujarat. Experienced professionals having in depth knowledge of refractory materials mix different grain sizes of silica in just the right proportions to make ramming mass suitable for induction furnaces of various sizes. We make premix ramming mass containing boric acid as well as preheated ramming mass. Our ramming mass gives a great performance when it is used to line an induction furnace as it reduces cost of operations. This is why "Datvi" remains the most popular silica ramming mass products manufacturers and exporters from India.
