Krishna Engineering manufactures Rotary Die Cutting & Creasing Machine with chain feeding system. Machine can do slitting, creasing, slotting & corner cutting jobs in single stroke as per design rotary die fitted on machine roll. Machine adopts electric & hydraulic part combination control for safe and high production.Main roll is made of high quality steel, thoroughly balanced and hard chrome plated. Soft coat automatic repair structure, could be repair 3-4 times, improve rubber mat work-life, Rubber roll sleeve is made of imported high quality, cutting time could be 8 million to 10 million time.
Upper soft roll adopts mechanical or hydraulic control horizontal micro-swing, swing area within 40 cm to relieve wear of wrap and not influence die cutting precision. Die-cutting plate face adopts planetary gear structure, 360 degree electric adjustment.
