Krishna Reel to Sheet Cutter is designed for high production and straight cutting of sheet or two ply corrugated board without damaging flutes & linear paper. PIV chain gear box is provided for adjusting cutting length of sheet (18 to 100).
This machine can also be synchronized directly with corrugation machine. While machine is in operation, it is easy to adjust the sheets with the help of a wheel. For stacking sheets a delivery conveyor is provided to carry the cut sheets.Approximate maximum speed is 200 feet per minute.
Features
Krishna Board Cutter is manually operated and used for cutting of paper or corrugated board into sheets of required size. The paper of corrugated roll is mounted on reel stand and cut into sheets by unwinding it.
It is heavy duty castled frame, & the black platform can be provided in the required length. Front & back guides are provided. The cutting arm is well balanced to enable free cutting with the slightest pressure. The cutting blades are of knife steel & precision ground.
