Description
Automatic Linear Vial Washer Machine is used for the washing of pharmaceutical glass vials. We are having two different models of vial washer which provided output of 120 vials per minute and 240 vials per minute. These models are most suitable for the online untouched vial filling production line.

Process Operation
Vials pushed from in feed tray and then move on wire woven conveyor belt, which align the vial in correct position, to enter in to the carrier pocket with help of oscillating guide rails. Oscillating arm deliver the vial inside pocket in mouth down position over spraying nozzles. Multijet sprayers fixed at the top cause the total external and internal surface to be washed. To avoid any possible cross contamination between two different waters, each washing station is provided with an independent circuit. Carrier pocket is moving with indexing motion. When the baskets have completed their motion the needles are lifted. They penetrate the vials, spraying jets of water or compressed air then return down. The baskets movement then advances by one station. Each station of vials passes through the washing cycles selected. The duly washed vials then delivered to the out feed tray with neck opening upward and then automatically re ordered to sterilizing tunnel with back pressure.

Process Operation
The Ampoules / Vials placed in trays are washed in non-sterile room and loaded on the trolley. The trolley is moved to the sterilizer on a transfer trolley. Temperature and Times are set on the Digital Controller. The Impeller mounted on the top circulates the hot air horizontally over the charge. The air is heated by elements mounted on the top. Fresh air enters the system through Hepa Filter Module. The system incorporates two doors, one opening into the sterile room and the other opening in the non-sterile room. Both the doors are pneumatically interlocked. The temperature profile during sterilization cycle is recorded on a circular chart recorder, validation of the system is provided by a six-point digital temperature scanner. After the time period required for sterilizing the batch has elapsed, the heating circuit shuts of the pneumatics damper (exhaust) opens and cooling operation commences.

Description
Ethylene Oxide (EO or ETO) Gas is commonly used to sterilize objects sensitive to temperatures greater than 60C and /or radiation such as plastics, optics and electrics. Ethylene oxide treatment is generally carried out between 30C and 60C with relative humidity above 30% and a gas concentration between 200 and 800 mg/l, and typically lasts for at least three hours. Ethylene oxide penetrates well, moving through paper, cloth, and some plastic films and is highly effective. ETO can kill all known viruses, bacteria and fungi, including bacterial spores and is compatible with most materials (e.g. of medical devices), even when repeatedly applied. However, it is highly flammable, toxic and carcinogenic.
Ethylene oxide sterilization is a chemical process consisting of four primary variables: gas concentration, humidity, temperature and time. Ethylene oxide is an agent that disrupts the DNA of microorganisms, which prevents them from reproducing. EO sterilization assures that a safe and sterile product will be delivered to the market each and every time.

Process Operation
Fluid Bed Dryer is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the material. Induced draught is created by means of blower and fresh air is sucked in to the unit. The fresh air is heat by means of electrical heaters or steam or thermic fluid heaters. This hot air stream expands the bed of material at certain velocity & creating turbulence in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidisation and offer conditions which are almost ideal for drying. Fluidisation produces full agitation of solid particles and since each particle gets surrounded by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. Description
Multi Mill is a self contained portable unit useful for high speed granulating, pulverising, mixing, shredding and chopping of wide range of wet and dry materials without special attachments.
As compared to the four common principles of size reduction i.e. grinding, compression, impact and shearing, which often do not produce controlled size reduction, this machine utilizes the principle of variable force swing hammer blades having both knife and impact edges rotating with a carefully selected screen to control size reduction.
Flow path of material in vertical rotor machine is streamlined. During comminution, material entering the chamber travels to the periphery and passes through the screen tangentially and radially, avoiding chocking and temperature rise.

Process Operation

Pre-gassing, Filling, Post Gassing, Pre-heating & sealing stations completes filling & sealing operations. Vials pushed from in feed tray and then move on wire woven conveyor belt, which align the vial in correct position, to enter in to the carrier pocket with help of oscillating guide rails. Oscillating arm deliver the vial inside pocket in mouth down position over spraying nozzles. Multijet sprayers fixed at the top cause the total external and internal surface to be washed. To avoid any possible cross contamination between two different waters, each washing station is provided with an independent circuit. Carrier pocket is moving with indexing motion. When the baskets have completed their motion the needles are lifted. They penetrate the vials, spraying jets of water or compressed air then return down. The baskets movement then advances by one station. Each station of vials passes through the washing cycles selected. The duly washed vials then delivered to the out feed tray with neck opening upward and then automatically re ordered to sterilizing tunnel with back pressure.

Process Operation
The Ampoules / Vials placed in trays are washed in non-sterile room and loaded on the trolley. The trolley is moved to the sterilizer on a transfer trolley. Temperature and Times are set on the Digital Controller. The Impeller mounted on the top circulates the hot air horizontally over the charge. The air is heated by elements mounted on the top. Fresh air enters the system through Hepa Filter Module. The system incorporates two doors, one opening into the sterile room and the other opening in the non-sterile room. Both the doors are pneumatically interlocked. The temperature profile during sterilization cycle is recorded on a circular chart recorder, validation of the system is provided by a six-point digital temperature scanner. After the time period required for sterilizing the batch has elapsed, the heating circuit shuts of the pneumatics damper (exhaust) opens and cooling operation commences.

Description
Ethylene Oxide (EO or ETO) Gas is commonly used to sterilize objects sensitive to temperatures greater than 60C and /or radiation such as plastics, optics and electrics. Ethylene oxide treatment is generally carried out between 30C and 60C with relative humidity above 30% and a gas concentration between 200 and 800 mg/l, and typically lasts for at least three hours. Ethylene oxide penetrates well, moving through paper, cloth, and some plastic films and is highly effective. ETO can kill all known viruses, bacteria and fungi, including bacterial spores and is compatible with most materials (e.g. of medical devices), even when repeatedly applied. However, it is highly flammable, toxic and carcinogenic.
Ethylene oxide sterilization is a chemical process consisting of four primary variables: gas concentration, humidity, temperature and time. Ethylene oxide is an agent that disrupts the DNA of microorganisms, which prevents them from reproducing. Process Operation
Fluid Bed Dryer is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the material. Induced draught is created by means of blower and fresh air is sucked in to the unit. The fresh air is heat by means of electrical heaters or steam or thermic fluid heaters. This hot air stream expands the bed of material at certain velocity & creating turbulence in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidisation and offer conditions which are almost ideal for drying. Fluidisation produces full agitation of solid particles and since each particle gets surrounded by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from the dryer.

Description
Multi Mill is a self contained portable unit useful for high speed granulating, pulverising, mixing, shredding and chopping of wide range of wet and dry materials without special attachments.
As compared to the four common principles of size reduction i.e. grinding, compression, impact and shearing, which often do not produce controlled size reduction, this machine utilizes the principle of variable force swing hammer blades having both knife and impact edges rotating with a carefully selected screen to control size reduction.
Flow path of material in vertical rotor machine is streamlined. During comminution, material entering the chamber travels to the periphery and passes through the screen tangentially and radially, avoiding chocking and temperature rise.

Description
Lab Scale Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine is suitable for the filling & sealing of glass ampoules. Machine equipped with automatic ampoule feeding, filling and sealing station to complete the automatic filling & sealing of injectable glass ampoules. This Lab Scale Single Head Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine is widely uses in small scale injectable organizations, R&D laboratory, Universities and other parenteral productions. Apart from the pharmaceutical this machine also uses in the cosmetic industry.

Process Operation
Empty washed & sterilized ampoules fed into in-feed hopper from the left hand side of the machine to receiving rack. The moving rack which moves horizontally collect one ampoule from the receiving rack and transfer the ampoule to the machine in left to right in an inclined position through pre-gassing. Pre-gassing, Filling, Post Gassing, Pre-heating & sealing stations completes filling & sealing operations. Filled & sealed ampoules are collected automatically in SS tray in upright position without hand touch.
The machine performs the following operations:
Ampoule feeding by in-feed hopper, cassettes and ampoule transfer into transport rack.
One ampoule advanced per machine stroke.
Centering of ampoules necks during pre-heating, post heating, gas flushing and liquid filling.
Rotation of ampoules neck in the pre- heating and heating station.
Elimination of burdened-off ampoule tips by clippers and ejection into a separate container.
