This Linear Bottle Washer provides 3 water wash & 3 air wash for positive & pressurizing washes of bottles. All contact parts made from stainless steel 316 and non-contact parts made from stainless steel 304 materials. Bottle invert into neck down position and nozzles enters into bottle during washing cycle to meet GMP requirements. Process Operation
Containers feed from the de-cartooning station are received on an In feed turn table. An in feed worm inverts container to neck down position and feeds them through a specially designed indexing device. The device carries the container forward and stops. Nozzles carrier enters into the container and activities the jet of water/air. The air/water flow is deactivated after the washing cycle is over. Device indexes the vials/bottles for next wash. A separate pumping station gives the right quantum of water at the desired pressure. Washed containers are again inverted to neck upward position to collect in out-feed tray/directly feed to tunnel

Process Operation
The bottles are loaded on rotating platform where bottles are getting cleaned in a series of operations. The bottle holder i.e. nylon cups are specially designed to accommodate bottles with varying neck diameter and bottle diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in cups. The external cleaning of the bottles is done by spraying showers. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of timings and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement.

Process Operation
Machine conveyor receives container from in-feed turntable, it separated by the feeding roller assembly to maintain the pre determined space between the two containers according to the label length and container diameter. Label is placed on the container immediately when it sensed by the container sensor, it ensures instant adhesive of labels edge. Then it passes through the pressing unit resulting in precise registration and crease-free application. It can handle container diameter range from 22 mm to 105 mm and label height from 10 mm to 200 mm, change over can be done within few minutes, label height from bottom can be also adjustable for different kind of containers.

Process Operation
The central conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts & further on the side tables for operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any particles in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle. Process Operation
Bottles are feed on to in-built Infeed turn table, from where it delivered to SS conveyor belt. Conveyor belt transport bottles to filling station. Filling station has Pneumatic bottle stopper for exact bottle neck centering of bottles during filling operation. Nozzle goes upwards slowly from the bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling to minimize forming adjustable nozzle is reciprocating according to filling dose. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt, this means different fill size can be set easily within minimum use of time. After liquid filling bottles are delivered to capping/labeling machine conveyor for further operations.

Process Operation
The central conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts & further on the side tables for operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any particles in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle. After inspection the bottles are placed in the central track, which is transfer for labeling.

Process Operation
Bottles are feed on to in-built Infeed turn table, from where it delivered to SS conveyor belt. Conveyor belt transport bottles to filling station. Filling station has Pneumatic bottle stopper for exact bottle neck centering of bottles during filling operation. Nozzle goes upwards slowly from the bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling to minimize forming adjustable nozzle is reciprocating according to filling dose. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt, this means different fill size can be set easily within minimum use of time. After liquid filling bottles are delivered to capping/labeling machine conveyor for further operations.

Process Operation
In-feed turn table deliver bottles one by one to the moving SS conveyor. Bottles come into the filling point through SS conveyor. Filling Nozzle fill pre set volume of liquid into the bottle. The hexagonal bolt dosing block allows using of different filling volume easily with minimum use of time. The main drive consists of a gearbox driven by A.C motor & through controlled by an AC Frequency drive. The speed can be set in terms of bottles per minute.
