Volumetric Ice Cream Filler fills varieties of ice cream such as plain or with ingredients or with ripple using required attachments offered with the machine separately. The Volumetric Ice Cream Filler has the capacity to fill 1500 to 2000 cups in a single hour. Volumetric Ice Cream Filler is suitable for up to 750 ml and all contact parts are of ss-304 or food grade material. The machine has fully electro-pneumatically control and having following advantages :

  • The machine is automatic control of volume of ice cream filling in the cup, thus reducing variation in the volume of the ice cream and hence reducing the cost of overfilling
  • Semi skill person can be fill the ice cream in cups
  • Filler will be mounted on a self standing SS square section with adjustable legs
  • Simple piston and cylinder design, electro-pneumatically operated and controlled
  • Ice cream volume can be change by timer
