Rapidgrip wrench
When using a pipe wrench of any size. a gap must be maintained between the shank of the hook jaw and the work piece. (Figure 3) This permits the two gripping points (heel jaw teeth and hook jaw teeth) lo produce the gripping action of the wrench. Allowing the shank of the hook jaw to contact the work piece greatly reduces the gripping action and can cause slippage. It may also result in the failure of tie hook jaw. (Figure 4)

Make sure the work piece is stable and well supported to prevent tipping and falling during use.

(Figure 3) This permits the two gripping points (heel jaw teeth and hook jaw teeth) lo produce the gripping action of the wrench. Allowing the shank of the hook jaw to contact the work piece greatly reduces the gripping action and can cause slippage. It may also result in the failure of tie hook jaw. (Figure 4)

Adjust The hook position by rotating the nut as needed. Wench should be square to the pipe. Do not use with the wrench at an angle to the pipe.
CompositionWEICON Plastic Metals are two-component epoxy resin systems. All types are supplied in a retail package which contains the resin and hardener components in the correct mixing ratios. Depending on type, the resin component is filled with either steel or aluminium powder or in some cases, a mineral filler (except Casting Resin MS 1000).
The different hardeners determine the viscosity and curing behaviour of each product type.
StorageStore WEICON Plastic Metal dry at room temperature. Unopened packages can be stored at temperatures from +18°C to +28°C for at least 24 months after the date of delivery (Epoxy resin putty - max. 36 months). The contents of opened packaging must be used up within 6 months.
