Description of VFFS With Multihead Weigher MachineThis is a vertical form, fill and seal machine for packing all types of light weight multiple products. This machine shall make center seal pouches.This model is mainly designed to pack 10 gm to 500 gm product packing. Maximum reel width can be used in this model is 450 mm open width with 76 mm core ID.Pouch length is controlled by electromagnetic clutch brake and a pair of timer belts which is synchronized with PLC and print registration sensor. Servo controlled drive for pouch length is also available.Unprinted packing material can also be used in this machine.

Description of MachineThis is a vertical form, fill and seal machine for packing all types of light weight multiple products. This machine can make center seal pouches. Packing material required for this machine is in roll form either printed or non printed.The Machine is fitted with Collar Type Former Pipe unit that; converts packing film into tube after vertical sealing; after filling the product, horizontal sealing and cutting done. Horizontal Sealers are pneumatically actuated as also the cutting blade.Compressed air is required for vertical, horizontal sealer operations as well as for pan opening. Pouch length will be controlled by belt draw or table draw mechanism and controlled by Print mark sensor
