This package provides a reliable, engine mounted source of DC power for Altronic DC powered digital ignition systems, other engine accessories, andor control panels.

The Altronic CPU-2000 is a 24 VDC-powered, microprocessor based digital ignition system for application to large natural gas-fueled engines. Advanced control, diagnostic, display, communications, and emissions-reduction features allow for monitoring and control of the engines ignition and combustion. An optional Diagnostic Module, easily retrofit to existing CPU-2000 installations, enables users to monitor and act upon changes in spark voltage demand.

The EPC-110/120/100E/150 Air/Fuel Ratio Controls are applicable to most carbureted natural gas-fueled engines. This universal line of emission control systems includes three specific models two of them for stoichiometric applications using a catalytic converter (EPC-110/120 and EPC-100E), and a third model used exclusively on carbureted, lean-burn engines (EPC-150).

CD 1 is a capacitor-discharge, electronic microcircuit-based ignition system for small 1 to 8 cylinder industrial engines. The system powered from 12-24 VCD, has no moving parts. step-up coils, either individual (one per cylinder) or a multi tower coil module (one serving 4 or 6 cylinders ) are used to eleminate the convectional  high-tension distributor.  

BG reconditions your industrial precious metal electrode spark plugs using a 20+ step process that includes chemical cleaning, honing, gapping, repainting, new cylinder gasket, and complete testing. On the average, about 10% of the plugs returned are unsuitable for further use due to excessive electrode wear. These, if they are BG plugs, which fall out during inspection can be replaced with new plugs. Your cost of reconditioning is just a few dollars per plug (see price publication).

The Altronic III mechanical design matches the long life inherent in the electronic circuitry. Sealed ball bearings used throughout are large and under-loaded. The alternator has a smooth rotating cycle a characteristic which contributes to prolonged bearing and gear life. The synthetic couplings used provide long life with minimal wear and also dampen out much of the engine drive train vibration.
