These hydraulic quench presses are built to press quench gear blanks, bearing races etc. in closed dies. They work automatically except loading of materials. These machines are incorporated with Computerized Data-acquisition System for recording oil flow, pressing force, cycle time etc. Rams of 20 T to 250 T capacities are offered and pick & Place Manipulators are also provided for automatic loading.
