SIMPLETEC hydraulically operated 3-Station 25T Quench Press is designed to press-quench small components like bearing races, gear blanks, etc., in closed dies. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely. The pressing force and the quench oil flow can be seen on a HMI provided in the electric panel. Each station can be operated independently by one operator. Except loading of components, all other operations are automatic. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading of components can also be provided.

SIMPLETEC hydraulically operated 3-Station 63T Quench Presses is a heavy duty machine used for heavier components. Each of the three stations works independently and can be set for different components, if required. All operations, except loading of components, are automatic. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading of components can also be provided. The ram pressing force can be precisely set from 6.5T to 63T. Pressing force and quench oil flow can be seen on the HMI provided in the electric panel of the machine.

3-Station Quench Press (3SQP-75) that we offer is a hydraulically operated 3-Station 75 Quench Presses, which is a heavy duty machine used for very heavy components. Each of the three stations works independently and can be set for different components, if required. All operations except loading of components are automatic. Our 3-Station Quench Press is also provided along with pick & place manipulators for automatic loading of components. The ram pressing force can be precisely set from 7.5T to 75T. Our 3-Station Quench Press can also be equipped with Secondary Quench System, completed with conveyor, for the removal of the components after the quenching operation. Also, the secondary quench time can be set as required by selecting the conveyor speed.

SIMPLETEC hydraulically operated 3-Ram 40T Quench Press, designed for gears, bearing races, etc., is a single station hydraulic quench press. The outer ring pressing force is 15T, the inner ring pressing force is also 15T and the pressing (or expansion) force of the plug is 10T. All the pressing forces can be independently set. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely as required and measured. Pressing forces of the inner ring, outer ring and the plug can be seen on the HMI provided in the electric panel of the machine. Except loading of components, all other operations are automatic. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading and un-loading of components, Secondary Quench System and quench oil Chilling Unit can also be provided.
