Use of the Product :This machine is used for high rate of production, enhanced efficiency & sharp printing on Kraft paper. It can print with either water based ink or solvent based ink. Specifications :

Rolls :
- Consist of an anilox roll is usually chrome and is covered with tiny engraved cells.
- The roll of the anilox is to supply a fine film of ink to the printing plates .It is associated with the printing cylinders and is designed to transfer the printing ink to the surface of the printing plate.
- Rollers used in machine are hard chromed plated for an even & sharp impression for quality printing.
- All rollers made from heavy walled seamless steel pipe duly machined.
Ink Tray :
- Ink tray is provided to store the ink as desired color for printing.
- Small jobs can be printed in double or triple ups
Design :
- The machine is robust in design with fabricated body. Heavy side walls, feeding table topped with Formica sheet and provided with adjustable cam and for synchronizing
- Optimum output of 1200 (approx.) Kraft paper per hour with 2, 3 & 5 HP A/C 1440RPM / 440V
- 3Phase electric motor respectively with suitable worm reduction gear box coupled with a tree stepped pulley to obtain speed of either 800 or 1000 or 1200 paper per hour
- Machine duly assembled and spray painted
- Print area in each size will be 2 less in length and width then the defined
- All moving parts are protected by safety guards

Technical Features :

The image is transferred through photo polymer stereos of 2.84 mm as well as 4.7mm thickness
The photo polymer stereos to print at exact position of paper thereby eliminating judgment of operator
Registration between colors to the extent of plus minus of minimum 1mm and maximum 3mm is possible
Controlled ink transfer is a key factor in high quality flexo printing
Easy set up leads to simple operation and maintenance

Draw rolls with registration setting arrangement to get print on exact position on all paper
Hand brake provided to release the eccentric pressure to get the paper without printing if it is inserted wrongly
