We offer our customers Sheet Pasting Machine that is used for applying glue on the tip of the corrugated surface of board. Our Sheet Pasting Machine is specially designed for pasting corrugated sheets of different ply and thickness. Specifications :

  • Rolls : Sheet Pasting Machine consists of three rolls that are grinded, balanced, & hard chromed namely pickup roll, pressure roll & doctor roll. The rolls are mounted with ball bearing used for smooth running and are made up of Mild steel.
  • Gum Tray : A Gum tray is used to store the gum that is built by H.R / C.R Steel Sheet. The release of the gum takes place from the exit point at the comer of the gum tray.
  • Setting of the Gum : An option of Setting of the Gum is also provided that saves the time as the gum is adjusted for desired flutes. It also helps in drying of final product with minimum application of gum.
