Linear Tissue Processor is a sturdy instrument designed with latest technology for complete automatic dehydration and filtration of human, animal and plant's tissues, up to final fixing in wax. We are leading manufacturer and suppliers ofLinear Tissue Processor.
The linear tissue processor features a random access system which facilitates the tissue cassette basket to move as per the programmed sequence of the different reagent stations by the user. This facilitates the fast processing of the samples.
Technical Data
The highly efficient linear tissue processing system consists of an ergonomically designed mechanical arrangement comprising of ball screw & linear guide way which ensures smooth maintenance free operation & long life of the mechanical system.
The complete microprocessor linked to a sophisticated PID control displays all the parameters on a bright Touch screen HMI (Human Machine Interface) in real time. The dipping time interval is also programmable in the microprocessor controller. Wax bath safety control function is a standard feature in the linear tissue processor.
Standard linear tissue processor consists of 10 Nos. reagent containers, 2 Nos. stainless steel Wax Baths & 2 Nos. stainless steel tissue baskets.
Linear processor with more reagent stations & wax baths can also be made as per the customer's requirement.

The instrument is designed to operate on 220V single Phase 50 Hz AC Supply. (Model with 110V also available)
Optional Accessories/Features
The VDRL rotator is mostly used for V.D.R.L Agglutination tests, Blood grouping tests and mixing of solutions in Conical Flasks, beakers & bottles.
The rotator is provided with a working platform of size 13" x 13" which can accommodate concave slides, blood bottles and flasks by means of spring holders. The rotator is filled with fraction HP Motor running at fixed speed of 180 rpm. The body is made of thick Mild Steel sheet duly powder coated. Supplied with cord and plug suitable to work on 230V AC Single Phase 50Hz supply.
Optional Accessories:
The Ultraviolet sanitizer utilizes ultraviolet light to eradicate allergens, dust mites, flea eggs, & bacteria as it cleans & sterilizes your bed & upholstery.
The UV light is used to eliminate the majority of household germs, bacteria, & pests without the use of sprays or wipes that could potentially damage your fabrics & upholstery.
Jindal Wrist Action Shaker is a rugged construction, heavy base, rated for continuous use. The shaking speed action is variable. The degree of agitation, gentle to violent, is controlled by speed regulator. The Erlen Meyer flasks from 100 to 1000 mL capacity can be shaken at one time even without balancing. The full torque is always applied to oscillating mechanism irrespective of speed setting. Fitted with fraction H.P. motor, cord and plug to work on 220 Volts, Single Phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.
Jindal viscometer bath is a table top model with double walled construction is ideally suited for petroleum experiments or research work requiring very precisely controlled temperature with an accuracy of 0.1C of digital temp. Controller.
The inner chamber is made of thick stainless steel sheet & is 100% leak proof and the welding itself is ground properly to give a smooth inside working surface. The bath shall consist of tuffened glass windows for inspection of the specimens. The outer wall consists of thick mild steel sheet which is duly powder coated. The inner chamber is insulated from the outer atmosphere with high grade glass wool to ensure constant temperature and minimum loss of heat.
A stirrer is provided for continuous stirring of the medium to ensure uniform temperature throughout. The heating mechanism comprises of sets of heaters corresponding to faster and slower heating. The later are meant for very precise control of temperature.
The temperature is controlled from ambient +5C to 100.0C 0.1C by a highly accurate microprocessor based PID temperature indicator cum controller. The bath is designed to operate on 220V Single Phase AC Supply. Model with 110V also available.
Available Chamber sizes
It is useful for rapidly mixing/agitating solution in test tubes. The vibrating neoprene rubber cup accommodates a variety of sizes of test tube/flasks.
Short, rapid, eccentric stroke, motor driven Neoprene cup imparts vigorous agitation to tubes or small flask held in or against it. The shaker is particularly efficient for dislodging sediments from tips of centrifuge tubes. The housing is 150 150mm approx. The Vacuum Rubber pads are provided at bottom. Machine supplied with complete with speed control, cord and ON/OFF switch and indicator to work on 220V, Single phase, 50 Hz. AC supply.
This model is provided with touch type On/Off Switch.
