Jindal loop sterilizer is an electrical sterilization system most suitable for the sterilization of inoculation loops, needles and instruments. It is ideal for laboratories and safety cabinets where the use of gases and open flames is not permitted.
Robust and temperature-shock resistant
The sterilizing tube, which is made of wear-resistant quartz glass, reaches its optimal temperature of 900°C (1650°F) after only a few minutes. To sterilize the inoculation loop, simply insert it into the quartz tube. After 5-7 seconds, the inoculation loop is sterilized. Any residue remaining on the smooth surface of the quartz tube can be removed easily.

High pressure electrically heated vertical steam sterilizer used for sterilizing of surgical instruments, dressing material, linen, rubber, plastic material, injection liquids by means of steam under pressure of 5 to 20 pounds/sq.inch (PSI) which is adjustable.
Construction
Triple walled with inner chamber, outer wall, and steam jacket made of thick stainless steel sheet. The lid is made out of Stainless steel plate and closed by wing nuts arrangement. Jacket is insulated by high grade glass wool to minimise the temperature loss. All sterilizers are hydraulically tested up to 2.5 times of working pressure.
The instrument is fitted with pressure switch to control the pressure of the chamber.
The sterilizer is fitted with safety valve, water level indicator, and water inlet and drain valves. The sterilizer is supplied complete with cord and plug.
The instrument is designed to operate on 220V AC Supply (Model with 110V also available).

Jindal Glass bead sterilizer follows a scientific method for total sterilization of your instruments within 5 to 15 seconds. These sterilizers are compact state of the art, steam less non hazardous equipment for your clinic. It is a simple device for quick sterilization of small instruments with effective thermal sterilization. In this the clear glass beads are used in the well. The temperature of the glass beads sterilization is 240C. The instruments are dip in the glass beads for the quick sterilization. Effective thermal insulation keeps the outer cover cool while keeping an even temperature inside the well. The heat loss is very low thus leading to very low power consumption.
After switching on the device, in approximately 20 minutes the device will reach the proper temperature. The ready indicator will switch on indicating that the sterilizer is ready for use. The green light will be off and on indicating whether the heater is working or not to maintain the temperature of the glass beads in the well.
Introduction

Construction
The sterilizer is triple walled with steam jacket and separate boiler. The inner chamber and steam jacket are made up of Heavy gauge Stainless Steel sheet with leak proof argon welding.The sterilizer has single piece door made of stainless steel plate. Back plate and ring is also made of thick stainless steel. All the sterilizers are hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure. The sterilizer is mounted on tubular steel frame with ground levelling screwed flanges. The Outer jacket is wrapped with glass wool to minimise the heat losses due to radiation and is covered by polished stainless steel sheet for that elegant appearance.
Steam Generator
The steam generator is made of heavy stainless steel sheet. Heavy ring mounted in front of the boiler with removable thick stainless steel plate is fitted with heating elements and low water level cut-off device to protect these elements from burning out dry.Front removable plate system provides easy cleaning of the deposited scale on the elements and the walls for long life and efficiency. The boiler is fitted with water gauge glass for water level indication, water inlet and outlet valves.
Pressure Control
The "PIEZOSTAT" (Pressure control device) is incorporated in all sterilizers. It acts as a safety device, economises on power consumption and reduces the frequent opening of the steam release valve and thus prevents the release of steam in the room, It cuts off the power supply to heaters when the set pressure is achieved and re-energises the heating elements when pressure falls below the set point.

Safety Door
Sterilizer has hinged self-locking single piece thick Stainless Steel plate door and cannot be opened when under pressure. The self-locking device automatically disengages the thread mechanism when the sterilizer is under pressure to preclude any eventuality of accident.
Single Point Control
Complete sterilizing cycle is controlled from one point with the help of "Multiport Valve" fitted at front top. Two speeds of steam exhaust are available; fast and slow.Easily readable jacket and chamber pressure on gauges mounted on the left and right of the multi port valve. A moisture trap fitted in the chamber discharge line absorbs the condensate automatically to prevent moistening of the subject matter to be sterilized.
Control Panel
The control panel includes a pressure switch, a microprocessor based digital temperature indicator cum controller, Mains MCB, pilot lamps, relays etc. and mounted on the stand of the sterilizer for easy operation.

Construction
The sterilizer has a robust and rugged all weld construction which is leak proof. The inner chamber is made of thick plate of stainless steel of high quality and jacket is made out of rolled stainless steel sheet. Sterilizers will have single door made out of thick stainless steel plate. All the sterilizers are hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure.The steam jacket is lined on the outer side with glass wool which prevent heat losses due to radiation and is covered by strong rolled steel sheet duly powder coated.
Boiler
Made of thick stainless steel plate suitably located under the sterilizer. High grade flanged type heating elements are fitted from front side for easy replacement/repair. Fitted with water gauge glass for water level, safety valve, water inlet and drain valves. It is also provided with Low Water Level cut off device. This device protects the heater in the generator from burning out dry. The steam pressure in the boiler is indicated on an individual pressure gauge.
Safety Lock for Door
Every horizontal rectangular sterilizer is fitted with SELF LOCKING SAFETY DOOR which cannot be opened when the chamber is under pressure.The clutch mechanism automatically disengages the threads of the radial locking system for precluding any eventuality of accident when the chamber is under pressure. A heat resistant Neoprene Rubber gasket ensure steam tight fitting.

Jindal Knife Sterilizers are widely used in the meat, fish and poultry industry for sterilizing butchers / boners knives. This unique product is operated by a 1.2kw 220v heating element; it has a water storage capacity of 2 litres in which it will heat to 83deg c which will kill all common bugs and bacteria which are common in the food industry.
The unit is insulated for maximum efficiency.
It has a hinged top cover so that condensation levels are minimised, the standard unit will hold 4 butchers knives concealed with top cover closed for sterilization to take place within 4 minutes.
The complete sterilizer is made of Stainless Steel. The temperature is controlled by a thermostat at the desired value.
We have designed this product to be fail safe. It consists of a low water level protection device which prevents the heater to burn out dry.
