High pressure, electrically heated vertical steam sterilizer is used for sterilization of surgical instruments, dressing material, linen, rubber, plastic material by means of saturated steam under pressure of 5 to 20 pounds/sq.inch (PSI) which is adjustable. Apart from health services it is also used in scientific research institutions and universities.
Sturdy double walled construction with boiler/inner chamber made of stainless steel sheet. Outer body is made of mild steel sheet duly powder coated. The lid is made of stainless steel plate with pedal lifting arrangement and radial locking device.
The instrument is fitted with pressure switch to control the pressure of the chamber. The sterilizer is fitted with water level arrangements to indicate water position inside the boiler, pressure gauge, Air/steam release valve, safety valve and drain. High quality immersion type heating element heats the water and steam to desired temperature and pressure. The instrument is supplied complete with Stainless Steel basket, cord and plug.
The instrument is designed to operate on 220V AC Supply (Model with 110V also available).

The portable autoclave is suitable for general laboratory use as well as for field sterilization of instruments and dressings etc. Dome shaped Stainless Steel lid is provided which seals the autoclave with neoprene joint less gasket. The lid is tightened to the body when closed. The working pressure is 1.1 to 1.2 Kg./cm2 (15-18PSI).
The sterilizer is made of Stainless steel sheet deep drawn to cylindrical shape. The seamless construction allows no bacteria residue & free from dirt accumulation. It is equipped with dial pressure gauge, safety valve and steam release valve.
The autoclave is supplied complete with plug & cord. The instrument is designed to operate on 220V AC Supply.

Jindal latest design vertical Autoclave is designed to meet the requirements of the laboratory.
Construction:
The inner chamber & outer body is made of stainless steel SS 304 grade sheet of heavy gauge. The thick stainless steel lid consists of radial locking device with 5-point closure to ensure safety. The built in clutch mechanism disengages the radial locking when the chamber is under pressure. The lid is also insulated to ensure personnel safety.
Water reservoir with external water connection provides clean water to the steam-generating boiler.
Fully Automatic Microprocessor Controller:
The autoclave is equipped with a fully automatic microprocessor controller with color TFT touch screen & virtual push buttons. The microprocessor controller consists of a user interactive display for graphical representation of real time process, pressure, temperature & other running program parameters. It has a password protected MENU with 21CFR compliance Part 11 standards to prevent unauthorized use. The microprocessor is linked to 6 temperature sensors & 4 pressure sensors, which provides the complete data of temperature & pressure at different points of the chamber.
It consists of 8 pre programed cycles & 5 user programmable cycles. Temperature settable from: 1050C to 1340C & corresponding pressure from 0.3 bar to 2 bar. Built in automatic purge pre vacuum & automatic vacuum dry ensures steam to penetrate porous areas of the load. Pulsed vacuum system & atmospheric purge is incorporated in steam generator.
Audiovisual alarms in case of under/over temperature, pressure, any other malfunction ensures complete safety.
The microprocessor consists of RS-232/485 port for PC interface, printer output & USB port for data logging. The microprocessor has a built in memory to data log 400 cycles.
