Autoclave Vertical

Jindal latest design vertical Autoclave is designed to meet the requirements of the laboratory. 
Construction: 
The inner chamber & outer body is made of stainless steel SS 304 grade sheet of heavy gauge. The thick stainless steel lid consists of radial locking device with 5-point closure to ensure safety. The built in clutch mechanism disengages the radial locking when the chamber is under pressure. The lid is also insulated to ensure personnel safety. 
Water reservoir with external water connection provides clean water to the steam-generating boiler.

 Fully Automatic Microprocessor Controller:

The autoclave is equipped with a fully automatic microprocessor controller with color TFT touch screen & virtual push buttons. The microprocessor controller consists of a user interactive display for graphical representation of real time process, pressure, temperature & other running program parameters. It has a password protected MENU with 21CFR compliance Part 11 standards to prevent unauthorized use. The microprocessor is linked to 6 temperature sensors & 4 pressure sensors, which provides the complete data of temperature & pressure at different points of the chamber. 
It consists of 8 pre programed cycles & 5 user programmable cycles. Temperature settable from: 1050C to 1340C & corresponding pressure from 0.3 bar to 2 bar. Built in automatic purge pre vacuum & automatic vacuum dry ensures steam to penetrate porous areas of the load. Pulsed vacuum system & atmospheric purge is incorporated in steam generator. 
Audiovisual alarms in case of under/over temperature, pressure, any other malfunction ensures complete safety. 
The microprocessor consists of RS-232/485 port for PC interface, printer output & USB port for data logging. The microprocessor has a built in memory to data log 400 cycles.

 Enhanced safety features:

• Pressure Switch to cut off the heater supply when pressure is reached to the safety limit
• Spring loaded safety valve to prevent over pressure
• Low Water cut off device
• Water level indicator

The instrument is designed to operate on 220V single Phase AC Supply.
