We offer a complete product range of Feeders
Belt Feeders are usually used for granular and small lumped materials. The feature distinguishing Belt Feeders from Ordinary Belt Conveyors is that Belt Feeders extracts the material at the controlled rate by setting the height of the control gate across the skirt board. The feeder has stationary Skirt boards; belt speeds is low (from 0.1 to 0.4 mps), as the material leaves the outlet slowly and forms a comparatively heavy layer on the belt.
Screw Feeder consists of a continuous Screw Rotating in a pipe. The shaft of the screws turns in between two terminal bearings mounted outside the pipe. The special feature of screw feeder is the variable pitch and size of the flight which enables smooth flow and discharge of the material.
Reciprocating FeedersReciprocating Feeder has a horizontal or slightly declined table with stationary side boards. The table is generally supported by stationary rollers or suspended on rods. The table is set in reciprocating motion by an eccentric crank gear.
Apron FeedersApron Feeders are predominantly used for heavy and large lumps. These have overlapping steel pans fitted on double strand chain. The flow control is by adjusting the speed with the use of variable speed drive.
