We manufacture batch type chips flavouring machine with stainless steel container, used for adding various spices to fried potato chips, plantain chips, banana or cassava chips in batches. In this machine, a pan with a circular mouth for charging and discharging of fried food products is mounted at an inclination of 45 degrees to the horizontal. It has suitable TEFC motor with a worm reduction gear box and pulley arrangement for rotating coating pan. The motor and gear box is mounted inside sturdy mild steel frame and the pan mounted on the gearing housing is fitted in the stand. This technically accurate machine is easy to install and it requires less maintenance.
The machine can hold 4-5 kg of light weight snacks like fryums and snacks and 10 kg of namkeen.
Flavour Coating Pan is used to add flavours or spices to food products like Kurkure, namkeen, cheese balls etc. Made from stainless steel, these machines can be manufactured in 'onion' shapes. We supply these machines either with a fixed angle base, or with a variable angle from 0-80 degrees. According to the client's requirements, these pans can be customised and delivered. They can have fixed speed or variable drive mechanisms and can be rotated in clockwise or anti-clockwise directions.
