As the name suggests, Banana slicer is used for slicing banana as plain chips, Cassava, plantain and banana wafers. These are popular snacks eaten across many countries in the world. Banana and cassava slicers are suitable for a cost-effective and regular production of banana, sweet potato, cassava, tapioca, yams, taro chips, crisps, sticks and wafers. It can also make other tuber floating type of snacks with high moisture in raw product.

There are two models available for this machine:

Top feeding

Hand Push Model
This machine is used for slicing bananas as plain rippled chips; peeled bananas are fed manually from the top post which sliced chips are guided through a guide. It is hand push machine which is mounted over a frying pan and the machine is single pulley driven. Shapes of slices are elliptical about 2 to 3mm in size. Easy to handle, this machine requires low maintenance. The machine is made of premium quality stainless steel and one cutting plate is provided with the machine which is an adjustable blade.
