  • Limes are dipped in hot water to remove the oils that cause bitterness
  • Then these limes are carefully loaded on to SS trays that are stacked in trolleys and pushed into a tunnel dryer
  • The limes are subjected to carefully controlled hot steam blast which is in continuous circulation
  • After the completion of the process, these Dehydrated Limes are packed into poly bags and sealed

  • In 15 kg polythene lined poly bags with the shelf life of 2 years
