Features :

• Electro-Magnetic Brake Motor - The electromagnetic brake of hoist motor is able to be auto-engaged to produce braking torque 15.2 N m that stops & supports the suspended platform, in the event of power failure or emergency.
• SS F80 Tilting Roof Type - Safety lock is a separate mechanical unit that automatically locks safety wire rope when the working wire rope breaks or suspended platform tilts to its limits. The safety rope clip swiftly closes & locks safety wire rope preventing the platform from dropping or tilting by the friction.
• Emergency Braking Overload - In any abnormal situation, emergency braking can be executed to ensure safety. It presses the emergency brake switch on the panel of electric control box, thereby switching off the power, thus stopping the hoist. Also, the thermal relay cuts off the power automatically in case of the motor overloading.
• Centrifugal Speed Limiter - Centrifugal Speed Limiter is a safety device which restricts one platform to go beyond the specified/ rated speed & also avoids free fall.
• Pin Type Fixtures - Pin type fixtures are used instead of conventional nut & bolt fittings. This makes the assembly & disassembly easy & fast. It doesn’t require support or any tools which reduces labour efforts & time.
• Upper Limit Switch - Upper limit switch is set on the upper working area of the suspended platform. When the travel switch actuates the limit, the motors will stop operation.

Features :

• ‘W’ Type Frame - Special ‘W’ Type’ frame gives access to labour even at building corners. This ensures that, with minimum distance between roof supporting devices, you can use entire 7.5 mtrs. platform length.
• Rope Guide Pulley & Rope Locking Device - New design Rope Guide pulley is provided on the roof device for easy pulling of the wire rope on top. A new rope locking device is also provided on the roof device middle beam to lock it and the wire rope is crimped with aluminium
• Hot Dip Galvanization of Crucial Components - Hot dip galvanization of crucial components like Platform, Pins & Top Mechanism increases the life & benefits usage during applications like plastering etc.
• Safety Harness Belts - With each SRP, 2 Nos. of Safety Harness Belt with Rope and Hook is provided for the workers’ safety.
• Control Panel - Control panel body is made of good finish stainless steel which gives longer life. It contains all electrical components of Schneider, the ELCB & contractors. 3 pin Electric power socket of European design on bottom of panel is also provided.
• Cable Protecting Device - The cable protecting device is provided which stops the platform when the cable is pulled, thus increasing the life of the cable. The cable is of 100 m. & properly packed in wooden box.
