Description

  • Constitution : mannogalactanguar gum ether
  • Appearance : yellowish in color
  • Paste appearance : yellowish
  • Preservation : preservation added to avoid fungus & decomposition of paste     
  • Solubility : cold water-soluble


Properties

  • Stock paste present : 3.5 kg powder – 96.5 kg water
  • pH : 9-10
  • Moisture : 10% max
  • Ash content : 12%max
  • Viscosity of 3.5% paste : 22000-26000cps (spindle no 6, 20 rpm by brook field  viscometer model rvt)
  • Stability of stock paste : 5 to 7 days under normal condition

Preparations

  • Cold Preparations : stock paste sritex tx - 3.5 kg
  • Water : 96.5 kg

take a reqire quantity of gum powder for preparation of stock paste  and add slowly under vigorous stirring using high speed stirrer into cold water for 30 to 40 minutes. care should be taken to aoid formation of lumps. For complete swelling of gum particles keep stock paste over night before use.

Storage : sealed bag under normal condition for 6 months.
