Cold PreparationTake required quantity of guar gum powder for preparaion of stock paste and add slowly under vigorous stirring using high speed stirrer in cold water for 30-40 minutes. care should be taken to avoid formationof lumps. For complete swelling of gum particles keep stock paste over night before use. For trouble free results filter the paste with bolting cloth before use.
Hot PreparationTake required quantity of guar gum powder for preparaion of stock paste and add slowly under vigorous stirring using high speed stirrer in cold water for 15-20 minutes. Cook the gum paste for 5 to 6 hour for better swelling gum particles. cool it for over night before use. For trouble free results filter the paste with bolting cloth before use.
