We supply high quality and cost effective printed banding consumables, ensuring our customers requirements of productivity and presentation are not compromised.
In keeping with our policy of total product support, we also supply a comprehensive range of top quality consumables including polyolefin, polythene, PVC shrink film, polypropylene flow wrapping and over wrapping films. We insist on all of our films being of the highest quality and consistency, and are available in various widths and thicknesses. Our shrink films are available in either industrial or food grade and can be supplied in full colour print as required.

Blister and Skin Packaging allows products to be presented directly to the end-buyer. The product is sandwiched between see-through thermoformed plastic and adhesive coated card or film media.
In addition to the direct way that the products speak to the consumer, its transparency means potential buyers are not tempted to open the packaging before purchase. Product information and branding can be printed on the packaging directly.
The BLS-500 is applicable to combined paper cards and plastic sheets, such as PVC. PE and PP. It is easy to operate and does not require operator training. It can be used to package toys, stationary, small size tools, among other products in a blister shape.
Warranty:This machine comes with a 12 month manufacturer 'return to base' warranty. In the event of a breakdown (which is extremely rare), simply send the machine to us and we will repair and send back to you.
