Sri Sai Pack supplies a complete range of films that have been fully tested to ensure efficient running on all Sri Sai shrink wrapping machines. By sourcing large quantities of film directly from the manufacturers Sri Sai Pack is able to offer high quality, affordable shrink film for all applications.
Shrink wrapping for presentation purposes should provide a superbly smooth skin tight, value adding, tamperproof finish to a wide range of products such as stationery, games, DVDs, computer software etc. Certain presentation films can also be used for the packaging of many food products like pizzas, trays of meat and fruit.
We supply superb quality double-oriented thermoshrinkable polyolefin film. This is a multi-purpose film with exceptional tensile strength, tear resistance, high shrinkage performance, good optics and excellent hot slip properties. Polyolefin gives outstanding results on both manual and automatic high-speed machines.
It is available in 12.5 to 25 micron, either centrefolded or single wound, and comes on rolls of various lengths.
Polyolefin film is characterised by its high transparency, giving excellent exposure of the packed product, and by a high gloss finish that improves appearance and aids marketing success. It is an ideal solution for introductory and promotional packages. Besides its extra optical features, the polyolefin film gives high yield that reduces the packing costs, keeping the end product price-competitive.
Although polyolefin film is thin, it has the same mechanical breaking resistance as other much thicker competitive films. Innovative crosslink technology provides durable heat sealing and gives excellent shrinkability. This is important in the case of products with irregular shape and sharp edges. Polyolefin film is therefore ideal for the packing of toys, chemical and technical products, board games, books, cardboard boxes, vegetables, fruit, flowers, bakery products, cakes and confectionery.
Polyolefin film does not include any substances that will penetrate into the packed products, so it is totally safe and meets the requirements of the food industry for product packing. It is odourless and tasteless, so it has no influence on the natural taste and smell of food products. It can be used in temperatures as low as -30 degrees celsius, which makes it suitable for packaging frozen products.
Environmental benefits remain important polyolefin film is easily recycled and no harmful vapours are emitted during heat sealing. Its technical parameters prove that it can be used on both manually operated and fully automated machines. It does not cause any machine corrosion, extending machine life and resulting in lower maintenance costs. These advantages make the polyolefin film a good alternative to PVC film.

Sri Sai Pack have long term partners in the supply of PVC Shrink Films, our rolls are guaranteed to length and thickness and (unlike some suppliers in this market) we do not use codes to describe the specification of the films. Because of this customers often find that Soretrac films can be matched to existing films at a thickness that may be less than you think that you are using - contact us to establish what specification of film you are actually using and we will be happy to advise.

Soretrac PVC Shrink Film is available in 12.5, 15, 19 and 25 microns Centre Folded or flat and in a variety of shrinkage profiles.
This film is produced in a multi-layer system using a special compound suitable for food packaging and other applications. It is also environmentally friendly.
We recommend that any PVC film in contact with food should be used within a 3 month time scale, after this time the food grade ingredient in the film will start to deteriorate.
