This company was formed by a individuals in the year 2017 (professionals). Since mango fruits were abundantly available in and around our place it was planned to initially produce mango pulp and then expand our operation to other fruits viz: guava, pine apple, papaya & tomato etc.
In the beginning itself it was decided to adopt the latest technology namely aseptic sterilization & filling along with canning facility. Accordingly the aseptic machine “Manzini” was imported from Italy in March
Quality fruits are purchased from the farmers, sorted out, washed, de-stoned, pulped, refined, stabilized, de-cantered, sterilized and filled in aseptic bags. Organic & conventional fruits are processed in this unit. The original filling capacity of our sterilizer is 7MT (single strength pulp) per hour
In canning operation pulp will normally be filled in A4 cans (3.1 Kgs) whereas in aseptic pulp is sterilized (heated to 110 Deg C and then gradually cooled to 30 Deg C by using cooling & chilled water) & then filled in sterilized aseptic bags. The filling quantity can be either 204 or 215 kilograms per bag according to the need of the buyers / exporters.
