Our tray drying oven has double walled construction on heavy iron angle chamber made up of thick mild steel or aluminum painted with tempe. It is a resistant paint and outer wall is finished with grey hamertone paint. Herein, insulation is made of 75 mm thick blanket of glass wool and temperature is controlled by microprocessor based digital temperature indicator cum controller with high accuracy. Air circulation is provided by heavy duty blower fitted on the sides with onoff switch indicators and the ventilators are provided with top oven. salient features :
