Cyclone Separator is simply fabricated construction from M.S. /S.S. material. In this, air entry is tangential so, due to tangential entry of air there is cyclone produce in cyclone separator and all heavy dust particles are fallen in bottom of hopper and clean air remove from the top of cyclone. Also, we can supplied multi cyclone as per customer requirement.
The Conventional Rotator is designed to aid the welding of cylindrical vessels. By using independent drive and idler units, vessels of varying lengths can be placed on the rotators supported on the rotator wheels. The wheels can be adjusted on the base frame to accommodate different vessel diameters. There is two type of rotator available one is conventional and another is self alignment. In self alignment wheel takes it’s own position as per diameter of components. So, no need to adjust manually. We can supply base mount, trolley mount and as per need of customer.
The Transfer car specially design with rigid construction, Bearing housing arrangement and top bad is as per custom requirement. If is operated by geared motor with cable reeling drum arrangement. Also, we can supply as per customer requirement.
We offered complete solution in transfer material from one transfer points to another transfer points / bulk silos and it’s increase the bulk handling productivity and high feed rate with low cost of transfer material. This electro-magnetic transfer is the working on principle of amplitude of screen / motors to give the flow direction of material.
More About Information for Vibrating FeederVibratory feeder is mainly used the transfer light weight material to eliminating dust and covered with fully enclosure. The material will transfer through shaking of geared motor. This design is fully rigid with proper structural support for long life and low power consumption.
Blower is known for its high efficiency with lower power consumption due to specially design of fan blade, rigid construction and dynamically balanced impeller. We provides blower as per customer orientation and require specification.
Welding positioner is designed as per components size and height, base on that we can consider Center of gravity and torque to perform the machine with low power range. There is special features are added by variable speed drive and geared motor to control the speed during welding process. Also, there is provision in control panel for start, stop, reverse, forward etc.
Bucket Elevator to move material in vertical direction and we have taken care of tensioning arrangement and special design crowned pulley for gripping the bucket belt. We are using casted/fabricated bucket for lift the material. The bucket elevator specially design with rigid construction for its long life.
The size and capacity is design as per customer requirement.
We are offering the crane solution with impact to easy material handling and low price of operating as well as capital cost. We have developed the specially bearing housing to reduce the power consumption. We supply all type of overhead cranes, like single girder, double girder, zib crane as per span suggested by customer. The capacity of cranes is up to 100 MT.

The Transfer car specially design with rigid construction, Bearing housing arrangement and top bad is as per custom requirement. If is operated by geared motor with cable reeling drum arrangement. Also, we can supply as per customer requirement.
Rotary Air lock valve, As per its name this valve is locked air due to precision manufacturing of rotor and rotor body. So, all material flows freely from the bottom of the dust collector or cyclone separator. Mainly function is to prevents of produce the negative pressure in dust collector/cyclone separator and continue feed the material in hopper or collection bin.
