Mechanical shanker type dust collector consists of dust bags, mechanical vibrating motor and vibrating systems. Working function of this bag filter is air passed through bags and all dust particles are fallen in hopper due to vibrating of bags through mechanical shaker type motor. This dust collector is very economical.
Cartridge type dust collector’s function will be same as reverse pulse jet type function. Also, its bag are manufactured in splited. So, filtration area is more compare to other dust collector. So, this is very high efficient dust collector with compact space.
Reverse pulse jet type bag filter consist of non woven polypropylene bags, Aluminum casted ventury, wire cage and air pipes . Function of this bag filter is filter air passed from bags and dust particles stick on bags. Then after some time interval compressed air blow in bags, bags will be vibrating and dust particles fall down in hopper. The dust collector is available in multiple of bag range like, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81, etc… and height to suit with customer premises. Which is most useful to control the emission level.
